Nice, clean bar/ restaurant with a HomeTown feel. Fish dinner Fridays during lent. Only complaint would be how long we waited for our check, we waited longer that what it took to order, get our food and eat it. We actually went and stood by the register until the waitress acknowledged what we wanted. It was a lil busy but not overly busy at the time.

You must try a chicken ball! And a piece of Gob cake! Very friendly service. Dave’s sandwich and the white pizza were tasty too. Great local hangout.

There were eleven of us that stopped today at this little gem of a find. The food was amazing, (you MUST get a chicken ball!), right down to the homemade daily desserts! Our waitress was fantastic and very attentive! We will definitely return to this restaurant if ever we are back in this area. Highly recommend this place!!

Called to order take out and they estimated 20 minutes for 3 meals. Arrived and the food was finishing up as I paid. The server was friendly and in a cheerful mood. The atmosphere was comforting. The food was phenomenal! Great deal for delicious food. The gob cake is absolutely amazing.

We walked in through the bar and felt like outsiders... By the time we finished our meal, we were cutting up with the wait staff and warmly welcomed back. Our meals were great, service was great! I need to add- as I was people watching, there were 3 tables with older couples. Each one of them ordered dessert. I rarely have room when I get to the end of my meal but..... Old folks are a wealth of information and if they weren't skipping dessert, neither was I!!! Get the gob cake, I've been recommending it to everyone.

I had a breaded chicken salad which was delicious. It seems they pay a lot of attention to detail and presentation, unusual for a tavern. A little disappointed they did not have any dark beer or strong ales on draft.

They were very busy because of a Clarks show in town. We got seated and had a great meal! Very good service.
